Dr Dean Pieratti
Dr. Pieratti has been in practice for over two decades and is a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, specializing in the Gonstead Method—a precise, results-focused chiropractic technique known for its thorough, hands-on analysis. Using multiple assessment tools, Dr. Pieratti identifies areas of stress in the spine and joints (often referred to as subluxations) that may interfere with nervous system function. His goal is to restore proper alignment, improve mobility, and help patients maintain long-term health through targeted, specific adjustments.
Because structural imbalances don’t always stop at the spine, Dr. Pieratti also evaluates and treats extremity issues—including ankles, wrists, shoulders, knees, elbows, and hip joints—along with spinal care. When appropriate, the office may custom fit orthotics to support better pelvic alignment and help maintain spinal correction. TMJ concerns are also common and are treated in the office as part of his comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal care.
In addition to his chiropractic expertise, Dr. Pieratti has earned his DACBOH certification (American Chiropractic Board of Occupational Health). He is the only chiropractor in the area with this board certification in Occupational Health, with advanced focus on ergonomics, workstation analysis, and evaluation of auto-related injuries—making him an excellent choice for patients dealing with work strain, repetitive stress, or accident injuries.
Dr. Pieratti also strongly believes in the role of nutrition in healing and long-term wellness. He recommends whole-food supplements from Standard Process, selected to complement each patient’s chiropractic care. He is always available to discuss how supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle choices can support better outcomes—and his holistic approach also includes successful weight-loss programs for patients looking to improve overall health.
