Dr. Philip Muench
Dr. Philip Muench (“Dr. Phil”) is a longtime family chiropractor who has served the Long Island community for 34+ years. A lifelong Long Island resident and Lindenhurst High School graduate, he discovered chiropractic after a football back injury—and the results inspired him to make chiropractic his career. He attended SUNY Farmingdale and Hofstra University, then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, opening his private practice in 1991.
Dr. Muench is committed to ongoing education and advanced clinical training. He has completed 200+ hours of X-ray analysis with chiropractic radiologist Dr. Russell Earhardt, DACBR, and completed three additional years of post-graduate study through the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) Diplomate of Applied Chiropractic Sciences program. He has been active in chiropractic leadership, including serving with the New York Chiropractic Council, where he has received service awards. He is also a past member of the International Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, studying pediatrics with Dr. Larry Webster, and is a Founding Member of the ICA Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics.
Known for his friendly bedside manner, Dr. Phil focuses on helping patients not only get relief—but stay well through personalized, professional care for all ages, from infants to seniors.
