DR. Sunitha Polepalle, MD

Dr. Polepalle is a highly respected, triple board-certified pain management physician with more than 19 years of experience providing advanced, patient-centered care for acute and chronic pain conditions. Ivy League trained, Dr. Polepalle completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and her internship in Transitional Medicine at Overlook Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University.

Dr. Polepalle earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and her Doctor of Medicine from Stony Brook University. Her strong academic foundation, combined with decades of clinical experience, allows her to deliver precise, evidence-based, and compassionate pain treatment.

She is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology (Pain Medicine), the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Polepalle is also a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice through the World Institute of Pain and has served with the National Board of Medical Examiners since 2003.
